Hi. I'm starting at a new project and would like a copy of all my photos at zooomr downloaded to my computer. Is it somehow possible?

Yes, via the API and a bit of program scripting :)

bluemonki, can you let me know how?!

So there are no programs released yet?

I'm not aware of any applications that can download all of your photos.
Just curious, don't you have copies of all your photos on your hard drive and in at least one backup somewhere? If not, I'd certainly consider adopting a backup strategy. I would not rely on Zooomr or any other free hosting site for my backups.

Having the ability to download photos in batches is still a good idea: If someone would want to buy say 30 photos of mine, would they have to purchase them one at a time, download them one at a time? I hope that is not what the zooomr future holds. I am looking for the same enhancement please. And yes, I backup everything in 3 places - Lincoln, Halsted, and Fullerton! (And those are the names of my computers)

There's Migratr, but the author oddly hasn't got an API key from Kris yet. @clcdan: Marketplace is not imminent.

Actually, I just got an API key from Kris a couple weeks ago- it just took me a while to navigate all the differences between the zooomr API and the flickr API. Fortunately bluemonki provided some excellent documentation. I actually have Zooomr migration working correctly on my test box- all photos in my zooomr account were migrated over from flickr.
I'll probably have a new version of Migratr uploaded later today.

In linux it's kinda not working. The program installs and runs but does not call internet explorer or firefox to authenticate... ... Just curious, don't you have copies of all your photos on your hard drive and in at least one backup somewhere?...
that's why I want all my photos back on the computer. http://powername.com/zooomrmacsuite/ Sorry I only have Linux and some Windows at home. don't have any Tigers or Leo's. Xodeus: The new version of Migratr (which now supports Zooomr import/export) is up. http://www.callingshotgun.net
Hope this helps. I'm using it right now and it seems to work, where does the app sotre all the data about pictures, inside the pictures or in an other db-store-location?
